Install a terminal

Order and activate the terminal, connect it and get it ready for payments.

Replace a terminal

Swap a faulty terminal and send the old one back.

Decommission a terminal

Take a terminal out of use, for example when a store closes.

Technician and admin passwords
The technician, admin and Android menu passwords are not in these docs. Get them from Aera. Never share them with merchants or store staff.
