Step 1: Locate the Defective Terminal

1. Navigate to the Terminal List in the Terminal Management System (TMS)
2. Find and select the terminal that needs to be replaced.

Step 2: Start the Replacement Process

1. Click the Replace Terminal button located beneath the terminal image.
2. Enter the serial number of the new terminal that will replace the defected one.
3. Review and adjust any additional input fields if necessary.
   • All pre-filled information is based on the previous terminals setup.

Step 3: Confirm Replacement

1. Click Replace and Fill Out RMA Form.
   • This action will immediately deactivate the defective terminal and activate the new terminal with the same configuration
2. Complete the RMA form and click Submit to finalize the process.
