Get the data for one report file, using the fileId from the webhook.
See Get reports through the API. The same request works for
scheduled and custom reports.
A successful response is CSV text: values are separated by commas, rows by new lines,
and the first row holds the column names. The columns depend on the report type.
Any other response is JSON with a responseInfo object.
